Black Bean Gluten-Free Protein Brownie Bites
Did someone say dessert? These black bean brownie bites are indulgent, decadent, and super chocolatey! More like a truffle than your typical protein bite. The two secret ingredients are: black beans and our Dark Chocolate Brownie Bar. Protein-packed and boosted with superfoods. Can dessert get any BTR?
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 dates
- 1 can black beans
- 1 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 2 Tbsp cacao
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 Dark Chocolate Brownie Bar
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pit and soak dates
- Add everything to a food processor
- Form into little bites
- Freeze for an hour
- Top with more cacao powder
- Store in fridge and enjoy that truffle-like consistency!
