Black Bean Gluten-Free Protein Brownie Bites

Did someone say dessert? These black bean brownie bites are indulgent, decadent, and super chocolatey! More like a truffle than your typical protein bite. The two secret ingredients are: black beans and our Dark Chocolate Brownie Bar. Protein-packed and boosted with superfoods. Can dessert get any BTR?

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 dates
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp cacao
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 Dark Chocolate Brownie Bar
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pit and soak dates
  2. Add everything to a food processor
  3. Form into little bites
  4. Freeze for an hour
  5. Top with more cacao powder
  6. Store in fridge and enjoy that truffle-like consistency!
